Return Policy
Customers must contact PawRuLLeR first to request a return. Return requests for unwanted items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, unworn, unused, and returned with tags attached.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact PawRuLLeR within 5 days of delivery and include the order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.
Return shipping costs for standard returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, PawRuLLeR will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns must not be sent without prior approval. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after the request is reviewed and approved.
