Shipping Destinations
PawRuLLeR currently ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are considered received on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are considered received on the next business day.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit, is generally 4 to 11 business days.

Shipping Costs
Orders under EUR 100.01: a flat shipping rate of EUR 10.00 applies.
Orders from EUR 100.01 and above: free standard shipping applies.

Shipping costs and available options are clearly shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email when available after dispatch.

Delays and Incorrect Address Information
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes above, delays may occur due to carrier issues, seasonal demand, customs procedures where applicable, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PawRuLLeR is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details entered at checkout.
