PawRuLLeR offers free standard shipping for eligible orders of €149 or more in its supported delivery countries. The checkout shows the shipping options available for your address and the items in your cart before you pay.
Check the destination first
Shipping is available only to the destinations currently supported by the store. Read the country list in our shipping policy, then enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options for your order.
If your country is not offered at checkout, do not assume the free-shipping threshold makes delivery available there. Contact PawRuLLeR before ordering if you have a destination question.
Choose the shipping service
Free shipping refers to the eligible standard service. Express delivery remains a paid option where it is offered. Reaching the order threshold does not make every delivery method free.
For orders below €149, the charges depend on the items, destination and selected service. The amount displayed at checkout is the reference to review before payment.
Do not confuse processing with delivery
Processing is the time needed before dispatch. Delivery is the carrier’s journey after the order leaves the fulfilment location. Both can affect the total wait, and estimates vary with availability, destination and shipping method.
Read the current estimates in the shipping policy and any specific information on the product page or at checkout. Free standard shipping is a price condition, not a guaranteed arrival date or an express service.
Build the order around the right fit
Choose equipment that suits your dog rather than adding an unsuitable item just to reach the threshold. Compare the measurements, included pieces and specifications before ordering.
