Return Policy

At PawRuLLeR, we want our return and refund rules to be clear and transparent.

1. Return eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- be unused
- be in new condition
- be returned complete, with all accessories
- be returned, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging

We do not accept returns for used products.

2. Return period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at:

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

3. Return method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

After you contact us and your request is reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions and the applicable return address.

4. Return shipping costs

For standard returns under the 14-day return period, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost.

5. Restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or after you provide proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed.

7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos, if relevant

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will review the case and provide the appropriate solution in line with applicable consumer rights.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you want a different item or size, please contact us first at contact@pawruller.com.

9. Non-returnable items

Certain items may be non-returnable where this is permitted by law, including:

- personalized or custom-made goods
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
