PawRuLLeR is based in Belgium. Orders are processed by PawRuLLeR and fulfilled through our supplier network in Europe.

Shipping options and delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and selected shipping method.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

If tracking is available for your order and shipping method, it will be provided after dispatch. Some shipping methods may not include tracking.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. PawRuLLeR is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping availability depends on the delivery country shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or during checkout.

Orders are not typically processed on weekends or public holidays.

Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout based on your delivery country and the items in your cart.

Depending on the destination and order value, available options may include:

Estimated delivery times may vary by destination and carrier. The estimated delivery window shown at checkout is the most relevant reference for the customer.

For many orders within Belgium and the European Union, standard delivery is generally around 5 to 8 business days, and faster options may be available at checkout.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.

Where free shipping applies, this will be shown clearly in checkout.

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

7. Delivery delays

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, strikes, weather conditions, technical disruptions, or force majeure.

8. Incorrect address details

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

9. Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@pawruller.com and include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and clear photos where relevant.
